Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges. The cost of shipping depends on weight, size, and destination. Make sure to enter a correct shipping address; any mistake will encore more charges.
We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and may ship without notification. Please leave us a comment if you need to be notified.
The store credit will be issued to the customer's account with any out-of-stock item or any other adjustment.
We are not responsible for any lost package with the no signature required delivery. Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Store credit will be issued for any returns- replacement and damaged items.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for the return of any undamaged item.
Customers are responsible for shipping of any undamaged item.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the delivery and return within 7 days of delivery. For any query about shipment/returns, a copy of the invoice must be included in the package of returned goods.
